In 1934 Peter Warlock scored "Three Christmas Carols" for the London Bach Choir; Tyrley,Tyrlow was the first carol in the set, the second being the ethereal and mystic Balulalow, since becoming a choral staple of the Yuletide season. the third being the Sycamore Tree.
